Do I have to attend before the time due of my reservation?
Yes, you need to be in our salon at least 10 minutes before due to avoid the cancellation fee.
How long before the due can I cancel my reservation with no charge?
Each reservation can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance. After that, a fee of 50% is charged. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 10 minutes before due the full price will be non-refundable.
Can I make a reservation for more people?
In the new reservation system you can create reservations without registration, but creating reservations for more people on one account is prohibited.
Do I need to buy a credit to create a reservation?
No, you pay in the last step of the booking by card.
CAN I PAY IN CASH?
System settings may be different for everyone. However, in most cases, you have the option of paying cash on the spot.
Can I change my reservation to earlier TIME with no charge even it is less than 24 hours before the due?
Unfortunately, this change could be done only by administrator.
WHAT HAPPENS TO PAYMENT/CREDIT IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION?
When you cancel your reservation, the value of the reservation will be returned to your account in the form of a credit
