Do I have to attend before the time due of my reservation?
Yes, you need to be in our salon at least 10 minutes before due to avoid the cancellation fee.
How long before the due can I cancel my reservation with no charge?
Each reservation can be canceled free of charge 4 hours in advance. After that, fees are charged according to the applicable terms and conditions. More information about fees can be found here.
Can I make a reservation for more people?
If you would like to make a reservation for more people, please contact us via phone and we will create your reservation for you. You will be require to have enoth credit.
Do I need to buy a credit to create reservation?
Yes, you must have enough credit to make a reservation. You can buy credit on-line or you can do it with bank transfere to 7982039001/5500 don't forget to put your phone number into note.
CAN I PAY IN CASH?
You can buy credit in cash at our branches.
Can I change my reservation to earlier TIME with no charge even it is less then 4 hours before the due?
Yes, if there is a cancellation and subsequent creation of the same reservation on an earlier time, the cancellation fee will not be charged.
WHAT HAPPENS TO CREDIT IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION?
If you cancel your reservation more than 4 hours in advance, the credit will be fully refunded to your account and you can use it to make your booking on the next visit within one year. If you no longer wish to visit us, you can request a refund for your bank account. There is a 5% charge when your credit is returned to your bank account.
