wHERE CAN I BUY A season ticket?
You can buy a season ticket in the salon, and you can use it to pay for the reservation you made when you didn't have the season ticket yet. Please have cash ready.
How much will I pay for a season ticket?
In the price list you will find the full price and the price with a season ticket. The season ticket will cost you 4x the full price or 5x the price with the season ticket.
HOW DO I CHECK THE NUMBER OF REMAINING ENTRIES AND THE VALIDITY OF THE SEASON TICKET?
Log in from your computer and click on 'Manage your reservations' in the lower left corner. From your mobile, you will be able to see this option only in horizontal position of the screen.
what happens if I cancel MY RESERVATION less than 24 hours in advance?
For cancellations less than 24 hours and more than 12 hours, the system charges 50% of the reservation amount. This is not possible for tickets with a season ticket and will remove the entire entry. If you pay 50% of the reservation amount, we will return your entry to the season ticket.
