- While you register u get this text: The user with this telephone or email already exists!.

- You did not receive your SMS code.
- Please wait for 10 min, the server can be slow sometimes.
- Repeat the registration but pay attention while you are typing your phone number. It should be in full international form with no comas, dots etc. As for example +420777004087. (99,99% of clients who did not receive there SMS code has been typing wrong international form of there phone number.)

Making a reservation

When you making reservation general credit is used. When you cancel your reservation the credit is returned. Due to cancellation policy you should cancel at four hours before to avoid paying cancellation fee.
If you own a prepay card the credit will be taken from your prepay card in discounted prices. To do so choose pay with prepay card when asked. If you don't have enough credit it will be taken from general credit in full prices.

You can see your reservations directly in the calendar (marked as your reservation) or in the Reservation List tab menu. Immediately after creating reservation a confirmation email is sent to you.

Text reminder (SMS)
Text reminders are send every day at 8 pm for the following day. If you make an reservation for the following day after 8 pm the text wont be sent. However confirmation emails are send all the time.

Please remember that cancelling reservation shortly before due or not cancelling at all may be charged according to cancelling policy. |
Cancellation fee
Cancellation fee for cancelling or changing reservarion less than 12 hours in advance is 50% of the treatment price.
If the reservation won't be canceled before due and no one attend, we will be charging the full price of the treatment.

Credit balance
The status of the general credit and prepaid card credit is displayed under the booking tab immediately below the calendar on the left. You can find detailed billing in the archive. Please note that the credit is deducted immediately after the reservation is made, but is returned when canceled. |
